Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Roomii. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your account with others.

We use Google and GitHub for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access the basic profile information provided by these services (name, email, profile picture).

Roomii provides tools for creating professional 3D video backgrounds and AI-powered image-to-3D model generation. Our services include:

• 3D background templates with customizable settings
• Camera motion presets and animations
• Video export functionality
• AI-powered image to 3D model conversion (when available)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload to Roomii, including exported videos, uploaded images, and generated 3D models. We don't claim ownership over anything you create.

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use any content you upload
• Your content doesn't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• You have obtained any necessary permissions from third parties

Roomii offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

• Free Plan: Includes all templates and features with watermarked exports
• Pro Plan: Removes watermark, enables higher resolution and framerate exports

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes means you accept the new pricing.

When using Roomii, you agree not to:

• Upload content you don't own or have the rights to use
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or pornographic
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our code or assets
• Use the Platform to spam, distribute malware, or interfere with the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Use automated tools to access the service without our permission
• Resell or redistribute our templates or platform assets

Roomii and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our templates, 3D assets, and platform UI are provided for use within Roomii only. You may not extract, download, or use them outside the Platform unless explicitly permitted.

Videos you export are yours to use however you like, including for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to content that violates these terms, infringes on others' rights, or is otherwise harmful.

Roomii is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be preserved. We are not responsible for any loss of data, content, or access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roomii and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to damages related to content uploaded by users, lost data, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of Roomii after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
