1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Roomii.me. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roomii.me website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
2. Service Description
Roomii.me is an AI-powered platform that provides:
- Image-to-3D Conversion: Transform furniture photos into 3D models using artificial intelligence
- Virtual Room Visualization: Place and view generated 3D furniture models in virtual environments
- 3D Model Download: Export generated models in GLB format (paid plans only)
The quality and accuracy of generated 3D models may vary depending on the input image quality and the complexity of the furniture item.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You can register using:
- Google OAuth
- GitHub OAuth
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
4. Subscription Tiers & Pricing
Roomii.me offers the following subscription tiers:

Prices are in USD. Annual billing options are available with a 17% discount.
5. Credits & Generation Limits
- Each 3D model generation consumes one credit
- Free tier credits are lifetime credits that do not reset
- Paid tier credits reset monthly on your billing date
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Failed generations due to service errors will not consume credits
6. Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Auto-Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our service (AI-powered model generation), we do not offer refunds for subscription fees, unused credits, or generated models. Please consider starting with the free tier to evaluate our service before subscribing.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect on their account.
7. File Upload Limits
The following limits apply to all accounts:

8. User Content & Ownership
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload and the 3D models generated from your images. Roomii.me does not claim ownership of your content.
License to Roomii.me
By uploading images to Roomii.me, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Process your images using our AI systems
- Generate 3D models from your images
- Store and display your generated models within the Service
This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
Representations & Warranties
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Upload content depicting illegal activities or products
- Upload content containing malware or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We do not provide any uptime guarantee or service level agreement (SLA) for standard plans
- AI processing times may vary based on demand and system load
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated 3D models for any particular purpose. Use of generated content is at your own risk.
12. Account Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and/or delete your account at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for unused time or credits
- Account deletion will permanently remove all your data
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees (after grace period)
- Abuse the Service or its resources
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Roomii.me operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Note: Specific jurisdiction TBD pending legal entity registration.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
