When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor Stripe collects and stores:

  • Stripe customer ID (linked to your account)
  • Subscription information (plan type, status, billing cycle)
  • Payment method details (stored securely by Stripe, not us)

Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Export history and settings
  • Template and customization preferences
  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information

User Content

When you use our service, we may process:

  • Exported video files (processed locally in your browser)
  • Uploaded images for AI 3D model generation (when available)
  • Generated 3D models and assets

Note: Video exports are rendered entirely in your browser. For AI features, uploaded images are sent to our processing servers and are not permanently stored after processing.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase

5. Cookies & Session Data

Roomii uses essential cookies only for authentication purposes. We use Supabase authentication cookies to maintain your login session.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that track your behavior across other websites.

Cookies We Use:

  • sb-access-token - Supabase authentication token
  • sb-refresh-token - Supabase session refresh token

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

  • Account data: Retained until account deletion
  • Generated content: Retained until account deletion or manual deletion
  • Uploaded images: Temporarily processed, not permanently stored
  • Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for operational purposes
  • Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon account deletion:

  • Your account data will be immediately deleted
  • Your generated content will be permanently removed
  • Your usage history will be deleted
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled

8. GDPR Rights (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
